June 2004- Jane Flanagan & Tina Licwinko were selected to present a child care director's leadership seminar at the National Association for Education of Young Children Conference in Anaheim, California.

June 2002- Jane Flanagan & Tina Licwinko were selected to present a child care director's leadership seminar at the National Association for Education of Young Children Conference in New York City.

May 2002- Tina Licwinko, Conshohocken Director, selected as one of top three directors in United States by National Association for Child Care Professionals.

December 2000- Deloitte & Touche awarded Flanagan's Preschool a provider resource grant for quality enhancement as part of the American Business Collaboration.

September 2000-Jane Flanagan was invited to address the Pennsylvania House of Representatives' Task Force on child care issues.

March 2000-Delaware Valley Child Care Council selected both Flanagan's Preschool sites for a national science pilot program for preschool children directed by the Academy of Natural Science.

May 1999-Jane Flanagan was honored as one of the 50 Best Women in Business by the Pennsylvania Department of Commerce.

June 1998-Jane Flanagan & Tina Licwinko were selected to present a child care management seminar at the National Association for The Education of Young Children's Conference in Toronto.

April 1998-Jane Flanagan was honored by the Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce. She was presented the Athena award for her community involvement and business expertise.

November 1996-Jane Flanagan was selected as one of the 50 Most Outstanding Directors in the country by Child Care Information Exchange.

November 1995-Flanagan's Preschool received an innovation award from Bell Atlantic for offering expanded hours.
