Meet our Preschool Educators
Maureen Morales, School Director
Maureen joined the Flanagan's Preschool Family in September 1996 and has been the School Director since 2010. She graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. She holds certifications from the Department of Education in these two areas as well.
Ellen Thomas, Assistant Director
Ellen began working at Flanagan’s Preschool in 1991 as a Cleaner that helped in the afternoons. She received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Montgomery County Community College and became an Assistant Teacher in the four year old class. A few years later, she advanced to
lead teacher in our two year old classroom. She was promoted to Assistant Director in 1996 where she has been an asset to our school ever since.
Bridget Dutill began working at Flanagan’s Preschool in 1994 as a Cleaner in our infant program. Bridget pursued a Degree in Early Childhood Education at West Chester University where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree while continuing to work as an infant room teacher.
After graduation, Bridget worked as the lead teacher in summer camp and then became a three’s teacher. She was then asked to be our
lead teacher in our Junior Kindergarten program where she has been for the last 7 years. Our parents, staff and children adore her!
Diane Zweiback has been a member of our team since 1991 where she opened our infant room program. She worked as our lead infant teacher for 19 years before taking a new position in our two’s and three’s class. She enjoys being hands on with the children and getting them to be active and engaged with the curriculum. Don’t be surprised when you see her sliding down the sliding boards or crawling through the tunnel!
Jeanne Granese is our lead teacher in our two year old class. She began working here in 1995 as a floater that helped in all of our classrooms. She became an assistant toddler teacher in 1998 and the lead two’s teacher in 2002. She loves to nurture the children while also having fun with stories, games, songs and activities! She keeps our two’s room safe but full of activity!
